The Lavender Festival held on July 6, 2025 in Zrin was recognized as an event of regional and international importance. As evidenced by the arrival of numerous distinguished guests from around the world.

Special guests of the festival - Head of the Municipality of Dvor, Kata Lerotic - officially opened the Lavender Festival. - Peter Vass, Mayor of Sighetu (Hungary) Head of the Municipality of Zrinski Topolovac, Jasna Mikels Horvat. Head of the Municipality of Majur, Klementina Karanovic Parliamentary representative Marijana Petir, president of the Agriculture Committee. Representative of the Sisačo Moslovačka County, Ivica Valent. Gradišč̣asking Croats from Ķonjof (Hungary) - President of the West Australia-Croatian Chamber of Commerce - Representatives of the Zrin Guard Čakovec - Zrin Cadets from Hungary Choir from Zagreb MPZ Vi vala Musica - Representatives of the Croatian diaspora: Canada, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, USA.

An international lavender picking competition was held with the participation of 17 teams, including numerous foreign students.

The event thus became a strong platform for intercultural cooperation, promotion of Zrin and strengthening rural tourism through nature, education and togetherness.
